We want you to love your ShelfTitan purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery under the terms below.
Eligibility for a return
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
- You have your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at bugbye544@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, because returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, does not work properly, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees and optional add-ons (such as shipping protection) are non-refundable. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.
Non-returnable items
Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or returned without their original packaging or accessories cannot be refunded. Gift cards are not returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it as described above and place a new order for the item you want.
Order cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, the order can be returned under this policy.
