1. Using our store

Promotions, bundles and free-unit offers are applied automatically at checkout, are valid only while they are shown on the site, and cannot be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an obvious error, in which case you will be fully refunded.

4. Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock limits, suspected fraud or an error in the order. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers and we do not store your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where required.

5. Optional add-ons

Optional add-ons offered at checkout, such as shipping protection or environmental contributions, are separate charges that you can choose to add or leave out. They are described on the product page where they are offered.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
